Shipping Policy

You warrant that you will include the correct shipping address in all orders. In the event of an incorrect address or incorrect information, The Holiday Shop will not be liable for any loss you may suffer. We use various preferred courier partners, including Fastway, DSV, and The Courier Guy.

Risk passes to the customer once the order has left our premises.

Delivery costs may change at any time without notice.

Our delivery obligation is fulfilled once your product is delivered to the shipping address you provided. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized use of the product after it has been delivered.

Where we accept your order, we aim to deliver your goods as soon as reasonably possible — and no later than 30 days after payment. If we are unable to meet this delivery timeframe, we will notify you. You may choose to cancel your order within 7 days of notification, in which case we will issue a full refund.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure (such as hijacking, theft, flood, or any other major disruption), delivery timeframes may be extended. However, we remain committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
